Curtis and his team have been instrumental in the growth and culture here at Alcon. I would be totally remiss if I did not express my personal gratitude for all Curtis has helped us achieve. We have worked together in various forums to include my personal 1:1 coaching as a result from my Eureka Connect assessments, development of strategy to deploy within organization for continued development with our teams. The Eureka Connect program is unique, accurate and a tremendous tool for me and those I work with. Curtis is an amazing person, he is always available to share insights and suggestions for my team and I, we are all better for having worked through the program as we expand throughout the organization.
