Success story for Massimo Chakra

I participated in the EurekaConnect Program and had a thorough review of my leadership skills personally with Curt. This program has helped to identify key leadership and behavioral skills that I excel in as well as other skills that could be improved upon. By identifying personal characteristics, I have been able to understand myself at a more detailed level than before, bringing this knowledge to improve myself in and outside of the professional field. I have also utilized the intellect revealed through the EurekaConnect Program to build upon personal and professional relationships, resulting in higher confidence and positive interaction with peers and colleagues within my field
