I was at a place in my career where I needed to decide which direction to take. When I heard a presentation at the MAGI conference regarding the services provided by Eureka Connect, I felt that this type of evaluation of my personality might help me decide which career direction would be most appropriate and if either of the directions I was considering would not suit my personality. Mr. Sprouse evaluated my tests, provided valuable feedback, suggested specific activities to improve my leadership skills, and assisted my thought process regarding the various career paths. If I am able to implement even a few of his suggestions, I believe this will have a significant positive impact not only on my career, but also on my personal life.
