I had the opportunity to take the EurekaConnect assessment, and it is an amazing tool. Over the years, I done several well-known assessments like the MBTI and they were accurate. But the EC is like no other, hands down. It is far more granular, and helps you understand why by linking your DNA and learned behaviors over the years. As a former senior manager, I used the MBTI with my teams of managers. I wish I had the EC back then. In business, price and product are easily replicable, and the way we monetize our businesses/ profit margins are similar, we compete with comparable resources. Therefore the ability to develop your team at a higher level than your competitors would be a measurable advantage
